In case you missed the news, Edo has recently seen Claire Moyne step up from Head of People & Partnerships to become our new Managing Director. With all internal promotions and role changes, this move made space for those around her to also step up with her. We thought you might like to hear about some of the recent, positive people changes amongst the rest of the business:
Alex Barker - Experience Director
The Experience team has spread its wings and now not only includes Experience Consultants, but also the Creative, Content and Digital Strategy corner of the business. Being inclusive and collaborative between practices has long been reflected in our work, so it makes sense these practitioners are gathered together and led by Alex who extends his long standing experience as Head of UX, and complements our new value proposition which he's helped to broaden out and define over recent years.
Claire Lewis - People & Wellbeing Lead
The primary focus of this new role is to represent the voice of the team and to ensure Edo continually strive to be an exceptional employer and place to work. With a strong focus on integrating best business practice and ways of working with how we look after our people, Claire’s responsibilities will include learning and development plans, employee wellbeing and whole team engagement.
Lauren Howells - Business Development Lead
Previously Edo’s Marketing Manager, Lauren will now be leading Edo’s Business Development team to create a robust strategy that will fuel us in creating new relationships. Using her vast experience of marketing, Lauren will be emparting her knowledge and passion to the rest of the team so that everyone is confident in thinking commercially and creatively to ensure we continue to secure the exceptional portfolio of clients Edo are known for.
Paula Heasman - Operations Director
Paula’s shift from Head of Operations to Operations Director is subtle, yet significant. As Edo’s expert in operations and finances, and with a wealth of project management experience under her, Paula will be working more closely with the wider to team to champion transparent and efficient business practices and processes. Paula will also now be line managing Sarah, our Client Delivery Director to coach and support her to ensure optimum project delivery.
Sarah Aplin - Client Delivery Director
Sarah’s journey through Edo continues as she steps into the new role of Client Delivery Director. Sarah’s skills and passion for project management perfectly complements the recent hire of Beth Curtis-Clarke as Client Strategy Director. Sarah will continue to work closely with Edo’s clients whilst leading Edo’s team of Producers, coaching and mentoring them.
