We’re looking for a midweight User Experience Consultant
We have ambitious plans to expand our experience offering in 2018. We’re looking for a commercially-focused consultant to join our user experience team.
We’re looking for someone who is naturally consultative, comfortable managing their own workload effectively, whilst also being guided by a lead consultant and wider project team.
We’re passionate about inspiring and directing our clients toward them making better, more meaningful connections with their customers and their own teams. We’re after someone who can reassure, influence and solve the complex design problems our clients face on their journey to transform themselves into future fit, customer-centred organisations.
The role of User Experience Consultant is responsible for leading on client engagements, and driving relationships forward.
Strategic research - you begin by asking the right questions, using skills of empathy and enquiry, across a range of audiences. This helps to understand the problem space and construct clearly-articulated hypotheses to act as the foundation on which to pull apart assumption and validate the path to designing the right outcomes.
We make strategic recommendations, based on robust evidence, to inform the creation of customer-focused products and organisational service design.
IA & Design - you’ll follow best practice user-centred design process to bring concepts to life, involving techniques in Information Architecture, Content design and prototyping.
Client influence - through your engagements with clients, you develop good rapport and learn how to appropriately influence and educate key staff and stakeholders.
