Eventbrite - if you sign up to one of our events we collect your contact details (full name, email address, telephone/mobile phone number, job title, and organisation name) and if applicable, postal address and dietary preferences
Salesforce - to store data on our contacts and clients
Xero - to store your contact details and to process invoices
Slack - our internal communication tool
Zendesk - if you are an active support client, we use this to manage your tickets and contact details
Atlassian JIRA - if you are an active support client or have an active project with us, we use this to manage projects and contact details
Basecamp - if you are an active client or have an active project with us, we use this to manage projects and contact details

Use of personal information
We process personal information collected via edo.co for the purposes of:

When you apply for a role with us, send us your CV, or a covering letter; we will securely hold the information you send us either in electronic or physical format. We will use your contact details to progress your application, and use other information you provide to assess your suitability for the role. We will not hold onto your data for longer than is necessary. For unsuccessful applications, we will retain your information for 1 year for consideration of your suitability for future roles, but you can ask us not to.
For successful applications, we will securely store and process this existing information using a third party recruitment system called PeopleHR, and ask you for additional information in the form of:
Bank details in order to process salary payments
Emergency contact details in case you have an emergency whilst at work
A copy of your passport as proof of your identity
A copy of your right to work in the UK (if applicable).
If you are a former employee, we will securely retain your information for six years after the employment terminates in accordance with ICO guidelines.
Access to personal information
You can find out if we hold any personal information by making a “Subject Access Request”. If we hold information about you we will tell you what it is, why we hold it, and let you have a copy of the information in an intelligible form. There is no charge for this service, although we reserve the right to charge a reasonable fee for the administrative costs, where the request is manifestly unfounded or excessive.
