Easily annoyed when something is designed poorly and likes to think how she could improve it, Helen has found her calling as a User Experience Consultant. She helps our clients deliver simple, usable websites. She cares about intuitive online experience, business efficiency and helping clients focus on what is important to their customers and business.
With a degree in Environmental Science she has been applying her logical mind to web projects since 1999 and online communities since 2004. As well as user experience and information architecture, Helen has experience of digital strategy, project management, business analysis, business development, marketing and Geographical Information Systems. She has previously worked for Ordnance Survey, e-street.com, Landmark Information Group and Virtual Business Networks.
She lives in London and enjoys spending time with her husband and two little girls, baking lots of yummy bread, cakes and biscuits, and thinking up things she could make with vintage fabric (if only she had the time).
